【摘要】 基于840D和PLC探讨和分析了数控加工中心控制系统的实现。着重论述了PLC对分度头的控制,PLC对多主轴的控制以及PLC实现对刀库中刀具的识别与选刀。
【英文摘要】 Based on the 840D and PLC Discussion and Analysis of CNC machining centers control system is achieved.This paper focuses on PLC for the control of the Dividing Head,PLC for the control of the Multi-spindle and PLC on the Recognition of cutter and choice knife.
