【摘要】 本文从剖析知识经济内涵的内部经济性与直接外部经济性、报酬递增性与递减性、个体性与群体性、有序性与无序性、刚性与柔性、流动性与非流动性、自主性与控制性的矛盾入手 ,提出了知识经济组织的优化原则 ,并就知识生产组织主体的安排及网络型组织不同于功能型组织的特点作了阐述。
