4.1 项目建设的必要性

The building of the Hotel will have far-reaching significance to East Timor’s politics, economy and culture. Politically, a fine hotel symbolizing a fine country’s image, and the hotel can host national, foreign leaders and business team and meet the fundamental needs of country’s political and cultural exchanges. Economically, the development of economy is the premise and foundation of the country’s stable politics. At present, to build Dihao Grant hotel has positive effectives to introduce foreign investment and improve the tourist industry. Culturally, the more distinctive of national features the more easily they will be accepted by the world, and the aboriginal cultural is the most fascinating culture of one country. The development of tourist industry must explore the local distinctive culture and traditional folk tourist production while be embodied with the rich color and styles of the Hotel building with entertainment, sculptures and other crafts. The East Timor can absolutely attract visitors from all over the world in light of unified, harmonious and complete traditional culture.
