功能定位
帝豪大酒店功能定位为五星级酒店，实行专业化管理，强调专业服务性，以酒店住宿为主，以博彩娱乐为特色，除了在租金上对游客提供优惠外，还为游客提供各种周到的服务。结合东帝汶政府的旅游产业政策和酒店投资导向，酒店将主要面向政府间会晤、全球各地旅游观光的游客以及会议人士，为他们提供优越的住宿条件以及多元化配套设施。集住宿、餐饮、娱乐、会议、休闲功能于一身。

5.2 项目设置
本项目将严格按照国际五星级酒店硬件配置之要求科学规划各经营项目，初步纳入设置之列的主营项目分为如下四大系统：
• 基础系统
即为酒店的传统功能项目，是所在项目依附的基础，主营项目有：中高档商务客房、中西餐厅，配套项目有风情咖啡厅、特色小食堂等。
• 商务系统
本项目主题功能之一，是体现酒店档次的关键，主营项目有：高级商务中心、现代商务会议中心（含大、中、小型会议厅,兼具小型会展功能），配套项目有银行代办处、精品专卖店、公共休息厅等。
• 休闲系统
本项目主题功能之二，是酒店实现效益的关键，主营项目有： SPA（含大型生态水疗馆、健身房、、浴足中心、按摩理疗室等）、保龄球馆，配套项目有网球场、游泳池、美容美发室、棋牌室、台球等。
• 娱乐系统
本项目经营亮点所在，是酒店制造人气的关键，主营项目有：博彩、大型歌舞演绎厅、中型DISCO厅、中高档KTV包房，配套项目有风情酒吧等。
以上功能配置在不违背国际五星级标准的前提下将适当加大休闲、娱乐项目的比重，以构成本项目的经营特色和效益支撑平台。

Function Orientation
Dihao Grand Hotel is a five-star hotel with accommodation, restaurant, amusement, meeting and leisure facilities, which primary business will be lodging and the games of chance and entertainment be the most characteristics. In the light of local policies of tourist industry and guidance of hotel investment, the Hotel will serve primarily the meeting between governments and meet the tourists and businessmen form all over the world.

5.2 Key system
The key system of the Hotel consists of the following 4 sectors in accordance with the requirements of international five-star hotel.
• Fundamental system:
The fundamental system is the common item of hotel which consists of medium and high-grade business room, Chinese and western style dining hall, fashion coffee house and characteristic little restaurant
• Business system
It represent the hotel grade and consists of advanced business center, modern business conference center (contains lager, medium and small conference hall and can act as exhibition)，and the supporting facilities, such as bank agencies, choice quality store, lounge hall and so on.
• Leisure system
Whether the hotel can realize its goal of profit the Leisure system is the key link. The main facilities in this system cover the following: SPA (contains large eco-spa pavilion, gymnasium, massage therapy room, etc.), tennis courts, swimming pool, beauty salons, chess and billiards room and so on.
•Entertainment system
Entertainment system covers games of chance, large ballroom, medium disco, medium-to-high grade KTV private room and customs bars.
Under the standards of international five-star hotel, we will increase the proportion of leisure and entertainment items appropriately to form the hotel operation features and improve the supporting-platform of benefit.
