Since the reform and open policy, China's processing trade in promoting regional economic prosperity, and promote the use of foreign capital, introduced advanced technology and scientific management has played an active role, involving most of our industries, China's national economy in a pivotal position. This article introducing the concept of processing trade and features on the basis of our study on the processing trade status and problems of China's processing trade and puts forward the proposal to our country processing trade's development direction.
