先后到中石化广州分公司的炼油二部的气体分馏、催化裂化、重整和MTBE四个车间实习。
了解工厂生产发展概况及安全生产知识，熟悉实习车间的安全要求和环保要求。
学习实习车间的生产流程、工艺原理及工艺条件、主要设备结构、材料及生产能力；
熟悉实习车间所用的机泵的结构及类型，电气设备的形式；
熟悉阀门、管件类型及结构、管道的连接及架设方法、设备支座、管架类型及结构；
学习车间的温度、压力、浓度、流量、液位等主要控制仪表的形式和控制过程。
通过本次实习，对大型石油化工生产过程有一定认识，把所学的知识与生产实际相联系，巩固了已学知识，并为后续课程的学习打下基础。学习了工人师傅及技术人员认真负责的工作态度和爱岗敬业、开拓创新的精神。

先后到中石化广州分公司的炼油二部的气体分馏、催化裂化、重整和MTBE四个车间实习。Worked as an intern at four workshops successively that are led by the Second Department of Refining of the Guangzhou Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, including Distillation Workshop, Catalysis Workshop, Reformation Workshop and MTBE Workshop.

During that time, I acquainted myself with the current production situation and the characteristics of new products development and became familiar with the safety and environment requirements for the workshops I was trained to serve. I also gained a lot of knowledge through this training, including the procedures for production processes, technical theories and technical terms, main structure of apparatus, something about materials and production capabilities available and various forms in which meters of every majoy type used in the workshop can exist, which include temperature meters, pressure meters, concentration meters, flux meters hydraulic flow meters, etc.,and about how their control operations are performed, and became familiar with the information related to the equipment and devices used by the workshops, including structure and classification of the pumps, forms of electric apparatus, valve gate structure, valve classification, structure and classification of pipes and pipe fittings, method of erecting and connecting pipelines and types and structure of equipment mounting brackets and pipelines.

通过本次实习，对大型石油化工生产过程有一定认识，把所学的知识与生产实际相联系，巩固了已学知识，并为后续课程的学习打下基础。学习了工人师傅及技术人员认真负责的工作态度和爱岗敬业、开拓创新的精神。


Through this training, I have come to know something about the process for the large scale production of petrochemicals . I also put into practice the knowledge I have learned in the university and thus consolidated the knowledge I have gained and laid a foundation for my future learning. Besides, I have learned about the work attitudes of production technicians, workers and helpers, like working in earnest, are very loyal, responsible and keen to learn, and doing things creatively.
