“It’s midnight now; do you know what you kids do?” Some interactive and social activities on the Internet, including chat rooms, online games, BBS and emails, make kids addictive. Those activities always attract kids to use the Internet for a while or all night long. It is common for some junior high school student to feel sleepy in school time cause lacking of sleep for staying in cyber café till midnight. Some students were so good at cyber games that make him proud, but the great irony was that they even can’t input simple word because they spent much time on the Internet rather than learn basic computer skill. On weekends, they normally spent more than 10 hours in cyber café to sink in cyberspace, most of the time chatting or playing games. Parents and teachers are all worried about this abnormal internet trend that harm badly for kids’ health and mind, but no matter how many advises and warnings, kids cannot help immersing themselves into the virtual reality with sound effects and colorful images.

Most of the students who are internet addicts have some attributes such as low learning achievements, bad intercourse and lacking of self-confidence. This study provides some suggestions for parents and teachers to interfere students in using the Internet in order to guide students to the correct way in cyberspace.

Use filter software to monitor the web sites which kids surf.
Teach kids the Internet manners and the ethics.
Emphasize the importance of personal privacy to keep them away from cheating and seducing.
Guide them the right values from aberration of cyberspace.
Assist kids to learn how to relax themselves and manage their emotions.
Encourage them to do some other helpful recreations.
Take more concern about your kids and students.

Conclusion
“The present young generation is growing with cellar phone, wireless connection, computers and the Internet.” said Zhan (2002). They are not the same as us who experienced struggles with digital tools. The youth grew up in digital, so they took these instruments as toys with joy instead of fears and seriousness. Parents don’t have to forbid kids making use of information technology tools, but more concerns are needed.
