狮子和羚羊的故事：
清晨，非洲草原上的羚羊从睡梦中醒来，它知道新的比赛就要开始，对手仍然是跑得最快的狮子，想要活命，就必须在赛跑中获胜。另一方面，狮子思想负担也不轻，假如它跑不过最快的羚羊，命运都是一样，当太阳升起时，为了生存下去，最好还是快跑吧！
多么奇妙的事情，强如狮子之强，弱似羚羊之弱，差别不可谓之不大，然而在物竞天择的广阔天地里，两者面临的源自求生欲望的压力却是平等的。
可见，在动物世界里，动物的对手说道底也就是它自己，它要逃避死亡的追逐，首先就要战胜自己，它必须越跑越快，因为稍一松懈便会成为他人的战利品，决无重赛的机会。
最大的敌人是自己，对人来说又何尝不是这样？不管你是总裁，还是小职员，为了保住自己的职位，不都要尽心尽责，全力以赴吗？要知道总有人盯着你的职位，跃跃欲试。总裁的高位自然热门，不必多说；小职员也不例外，因为公司门外总是有不少新人等着进来。这样看来，大家的选择都是一样，要么做得更好，要么被淘汰，在新的一天来临时，可不要拿闹钟出气了，还是对自己叫一声"加油"吧。

A new morning is coming.The antelope in the Africa plain wakes up.It knows that,a new game will begin soon.And the opponent is still the rapid lion.It must win the game for a living.On the other hand,the lion is also worrying about its fate.If it cannot catch the most quick antelope,it maybe die for hunger.The sun is rising. Run ,run ,for a living!
How peculiar! It is so different between lion and antelope on the physical.But just to be alive,both of them have to face cruel competition!
So it is obvious that, the animal ‘s rival is itself at all.It need win itself for escaping death.It has no choice but to run quick more and more.
Is it not true for people to succeed only when winning yourself?
Whatever you are the CEO ,a negligible employee, you have to work hard to keep the position.You know,so many people are trying to replace you! Everyone have to face such situation: work hard,do better;or leave! Don’t be angry with the clock in the morning, all of us had better say ‘cheer-up’ to ourselves!
