To be honest, in my mind, expericence is far more important than diploma, which only shows your potential. Experience, especially some successful experince in a professional field, proves your up-to-now competences. These compences are probabley essential to your new jobs or occupations. Those are what all bosses are looking for. In a word, diploma says your past while experience proves your present.

实话说，我认为经验比文凭重要的多。文凭只能说明你的潜力，而经验，特别是某一方面成功的经验，可以证明你现在的能力。这些能力正式你的新工作或新岗位所需要的，也是老板们正在寻找的。总之，文凭证明你的过去，经验说明你的现在。
