解答:

We gain our knowledge about our lives and the world around us from two sources: from books and from experience. These two resources are both important; however, most of our knowledge is based on our participation in real world situations.

Of course, reading books form a wide range of our knowledge. We acquire many knowledge about law, politics, sociology, mathematics, and physics when we read. We could use other people’s information and experience that it is very difficult or impossible to do by ourselves such as journey to the space. In addition, with reading great stories of real people’s lives, we can get many experiences about how they solve their daily life problems, and how they use failure to achieve success in the future. These are valuable lessons an individual needs to learn in this lifetime.

Nevertheless, as the old proverb says, “experience is the best teacher” .There are many types of knowledge that people can not obtain through reading books. Books don’t deal with such things as love and care feelings, tastes of foods, and music tones. In addition, there are many skills that we can learn from practice. It is useless reading a book to learn swimming, to drive a car, and to ride a bicycle. These skills should gain practical and we should do them by ourselves. Also, it is obvious that learning from practice is easier than learning from books.

In conclusion, both learning sources, books and experience, are important for us. But in my opinion knowledge from experience is more important. Experience is a practical way to find theoretical knowledge that gained from books is real or not. In addition, many important aspect of our personality such as our feelings and skills develop through experience.

Through the whole of our lives we do our best to gain the knowledge that will help us live better .. we do our best while at school, at work, or anywhere. We just try to save as much informations as possible.

There are two sources for getting knowldage, the first one is through books, the second is through experience. In another word, there is a theorical and practical ways for gaining knowledge.

The most knoledge we gain in our young age is gained from books, we go to school and study in books all the subjects we need, languages, history, geography, and general education. Also adults get a lot of knowledge through books, because they are a very useful way for saving it, a very useful way also for forwarding it, there is a proverb that says : "the best freind is you book".

The second source of knowledge wich I think is more important is experience, it gives your real life situations, and make you experiment all what you have learned in books, take for example physics and scientific experiments, it is important to witness it to understand it well, books will never be able to explain the experiment and the results better than seeing it in real life.

I totaly agree with the statement that says : "Not everything that is learned is contained in books". For an instance, while looking for a job, employers look more importantly at the experience section in your resume or your CV, then comes on the second hand you diplomas and studies, because we all know that experience gives us the best knowledge and sometimes even in a short time.

To sum up, we should always try our best to gain as much knowledge as possible from experience through facing real life situations and real people and communicate with them, know their different ways of thinking, learn from other opinions and culturs, and also not to forget the help of theorical knowledge of books, because they also will never be replaced.

People always are learning and practicing through their whole lives. From reading words in text book such as toy, car, train etc., people have the concept and ideas. They further understand the actual meaning of these words by playing toys and riding or driving cars, trains etc.

Education (books) and experience are the main two channels for People to gain their knowledge. Each play different roles for people. In my opinion, knowledge from experience is more important than that from books.

Experience first can prove if the knowledge form books are true or false. Textbooks are very wonderful in teaching people essential principles, how is the world looks like? what is the basic law of change of people and things? We can learn a lot through primary school, secondary school until university. However, people can only understand the really meaning of those form books and justify them if they are right through practices. A few hundred years ago, people learnt from text book that the earth was flat. However scientists found that was wrong through observations and measurement.

The knowledge from experience can improve and advance
the world and our society. As books have limitation, they only teach us the what people found in the past. The knowledge from the books are constrained to the certain conditions and environment. For example, mould and tools design for plastics industry, the university course only taught me very simple cases, most knowledge are obtained from various different and complicated cases in my career.

There are a lot new inventions and new products which could not be found from textbooks. Our society and world are developed through continuous practices, those knowledge, never found in books, such as internet, e-business etc. are all developed through new practices.

"The truth comes from practices and experience", people are continually discovering new things and assessing the creditability of the knowledge written in books. The knowledge from experience help us much more than those from books.

*I hope the above all can help u.
