Dear classmates,
A sudden storm attacked our country on the afternoon of April 20th, it brought lots of trouble and has a great impact on the people of Heilongjiang.
Despite this considerable distress left by the disastrous storm, people’s love for each other was greatly stirred. We as students should to learn from these kind and generous hearts, for we also are part of the general public; we ought to take responsibility like all who have made models for us.
What we can do is this: donate our money (not our parents’, but our own) to special agencies that care for victims, help the local government out as volunteers, or diligently comfort those around us who were afflicted by this event.
Stand up, you compassionate people; stand up, you responsible people; stand up, you people of hope! This world of ours is knocking on our doors, so I urge you to have your hands upon the door knob at this very moment.
