The customer is concerned with protecting the bags inside of the carton. The carton liner needs to be thick enough so that hte customer can pull the bags out of the carton using the carton liner without the liner ripping. The carton liner will be folded over on hte top before the carton is closed. The carton liner does not need to be heat sealed or closed with a twist tie. I simply needs to be folded over inside of the box. The packing is 100 bags/carton liner/carton. There is no master carton. Please advise the least expensive bag material and thickness that you will use to place the 100 bags in to prior to placing them into the carton.
