解答:
1.The trousers I bought was too long for me.
trousers：得用复数
而谓语动词得用单数
2.Please put it back to where you bought.
where前加there，where是连接词，不作介词宾语
3.Children should be made to understand the importance of saving water.
make的被动形式的不定式后要加to
