suit to和suit for有什么区别？

1.作为动词,suit既可用作及物动词,也可作为不及物动词.其用法的基本结构为:
subject + vt + direct object( noun/pronoun)
subject + vi
而没有在suit 后面加to/for的结构.
The seven o'clock train will suit us very well.
2.suit的过去分词suited可构成: to be suited 后面接 to/for
意义是 "适于".他们有时是完全相同的,如:
Is Western democracy suited to/for all the nation of Asia.
有时候要区别开来:for作为前置词后面接名词,to则既可以接名词,也可以接不定式.如:
That man is not suited for teaching/to be a teacher.
