我个人的观点是amuse和entertain的意思很相像，是同义，都是让人高兴而ENJOY更趋向享受。
eg:A clown's job is to amuse spectators.
We were all entertained by his story.
entertain还有“怀有和招待”的意思
eg:entertain a doubt
They often entertain their friends at weekends.
