看到 as 吧 表示原因 as many of the deleterious enzymes destroyed by blanching are heat resistant

为什么会造成会 营养素的热降解呢 就因为被破坏的有害菌都是可以抵抗热的 这些抵抗热的细菌被破坏了当然就导致食物的热降解喽 之前没热降解都是因为这些抗热菌的作用
