首先我想纠正这位同学的说法，那就是插入语决不仅仅在定语从句中出现。
下面我们来看几个例子：He is in my opinion a very good teacher.
Who do you think is the most wonderful teacher in your school?
Where do you suppose we shall meet tomorrow morning?

插入语在陈述句中并没有任何的难点，但当它用在疑问句中的时候，应注意两点：
1、插入语不做句子成分
2、插入语改变句子语序（疑问句语序改为陈述句，见后两个例句）
当然你说的定语从句中，也可能出现插入语，如：
He is the top student in our class who we think is loved by everyone.
用法也是不变的。
