say 是及物动词必须有宾语 而 what 是代词 可以做宾语。 that 也是代词 当然也可以做宾语。但是必须放在 said 的后面
2.They talked about the person and things( )they knew yesterday。

that 是关系代词引导一个定语从句。 they know yesterday
当先行词是两个名词，一个是人另一个是物时 关系代词必须用 that
