1.to have done:表示do 这个动作先于turn up 之前发生，两个动作有明显的时间先后， 我们由so far：到现在为止， 可知事先答应但是后来没出现，有明显的时间先后关系，所以选择to have met,to meet只是表示还没有发生的动作，不能表明两个谓语动词之间的先后关系，所以不是最佳选项
2、if so =if it is so ,如果出现这种情况的时候，我们可以直接用if +adj
例如：if necessary ,I will come at 6
对于选项b 要表达如果那里可以帮到的话，我们可以用这种表达：wherever it is possible
3、这个题目考察可能的几种表达possible /likely /probable
probable 只有一种表达方式：必须是it做形式主语，引导that 从句，不能跟动词不定式：It is probable that he will succeed
possible 有这几种表达：
It is possible for him to succeed
It is possible that he will succeed
To finish the task is possible
likely 的范围最广，可以人作主语，物作主语，it做形式主语，可以引导不定式也可以引导that从句
I am likely to succeed
it is likely that he will succeed
it is likely for him to succeed
it is likely to rain
因为possible 的主语不能是人所以选it 做形式主语
