Getting plenty of exercise is very important. I enjoy swimming very much. Last summer I went to the beach(海滩) every day. I plan to go there this summer too, but I may not be able to. I have a new job. Sometimes I have to work until late at night. Although I now work more hours,I receive more money.I didn’t receive much pay on my old job. I like my new job, but if I had known I wouldn't have much free time, I wouldn't have taken it. I prefer swimming to spending money.
I have heard that riding a bike is good exercise. Maybe I will be able to save enough money to buy a bike. My neighbor, Mrs Wilson, has a bike that I could borrow from her,but I'd like to have my own bike. If I used hers, I will worry about damaging(弄坏)it. Since I make more money now, I think that I can afford to buy my own.
Getting a bike is really a good idea, because while I am riding to and from work, I will be getting exercise at the same time. It's easier to get to the beach by bike,too. I might be able to go swimming every day after all. This new job is great! I'm very excited. This will be a summer full of exercise.

进行充分的锻炼是十分重要的。我很喜欢游泳。去年夏季我每天都去游泳。今年夏天我也打算去，不过现在可能不行了。我有了一个新工作。有时我不得不工作到深夜。尽管现在我工作的时间更久但是我也获得了更多的工资。我的旧工作是没有这么多工资的。我喜欢我的新工作，可是如果我知道我将不再有更多的空闲时间，我是不会接受这份工作的。比起挣钱我更喜欢游泳。
我以前听说骑车是一个很好的锻炼方法。可能我将会节省出足够的钱去买自行车。我的邻居，威尔逊夫人，有一辆自行车，我可以向她借，但是我希望有一辆自己的自行车。如果我使用她的，还得担心会弄坏它。由于我现在有更多的钱，所以我想我可以买一辆自己的自行车。
买一辆自行车真的是一个很不错的办法，因为当我骑着它上下班的同时我能够得到锻炼。有了自行车，更容易去海滩。毕竟我有可能每天都可以去游泳了。这份新工作真是太棒了！我真的很高兴。这个夏季将是一个可以充分锻炼的夏季。
