neither of后面加不可数名词和可数名词复数两种情况时，谓语动词分别用单数还是复数？

要是没有of，是不是就应该是neither+可数名词单数，谓语动词用单数？

1.neither of +名词复数+动词单数(正式时候)
neither后面不可接不可数名词.
2.这里也是就近原则.是的.neither是不可以接单数名词的,谓语动词单复数都可以.
