JUST AS fresh air can do a lot of good to one"s health, SO can getting up early and doing morning exercises.

JUST LIKE 后面一般只是一个名词 just like that 而JUST AS后面只能是一句话不能只是一个名词： just as fresh air can...
如：对：he dropped dead just like that.
错： he dropped dead just as that.
但在美国英语口语中有时just like 可做just as 用， 但just as 则不能代替just like.
