可以有两个选择，一个是直接和公寓的销售部联系，他们周一有人可以陪你看房，还是就是找中介公司，中介公司讲租金可以两月一付，但必须押一月房租，当违约时，一个月的房租作为违约金，这样和直接跟销售部联系比起来，每月的租金稍有便宜。但租金不包含入室打扫。你决定好了，我给你约人看房。

two choices will be given:
one is, you can contact sales department for this apartment directly.
someone among them will see the house with you on monday.
another one is, you can contact the angecy,which means you can pay your rent once every two month.but you must pay one-month rent for deposit which will be regarded as forfeit if you want to fell back.
compared with the former one,the latter of per-month rent will be more cheaper for you.but cleaning house will not be included. once you decide,i will ask someone to see house with you.
