摘要 安全问题是制约电子商务(EC)发展的主要障碍之一、电子商务安全由此成为计算机工程与应用研究的前沿和热点。本文在分析EC面临的网络本身的安全性和网络信息的安全性问题基础上系统地考察了EC的安全体制，并提出了从技术、企业、政府、社会四方面来怎样建立电子商务安全体制。

Abstract: As a new and having times challenge field ,the security of Electronic Commerce(EC) has been the spotlight for researching ,development and applications at present. It is also one of the most important developing direct of the field of computer engineering and applications. The text analysed the safe problem of view for EC, On the fundafion of by the numbers saw about the safe needs,safe service and Secure Mechanism.,analysed the feasible. That combine the case to reseach the safe of Secure system for electronics commercial.

Abstract: As a new and having times challenge field ,the security of Electronic Commerce(EC) has been the spotlight for researching ,development and applications at present. In this thesis, based on the two problems facing to EC-security of the network itself and security of the information on the network, the security system of EC has been systematically studied and approaches that how to establish such EC security system has also been raised out from four aspects' consideration on technologies, enterprises, governments and societies.
