1、What crane / lifting capabilities and capacities does the vendor have in the assembly area? Are they adequate for the processes being performed?
2、Describe the vendor's practices for handling of the product to minimise / eliminate damage.
3、Describe the equipment being used for the assembly process and is it suitable for the assemblies being worked on? Is there sufficient equipment to keep production flowing without significant delays or the incorporation of improper tooling / processes? Does the assembly area have sufficient resource and tooling to ensure assembly requirements are met?
4、Describe the Work Instructions being used for the assembly process. Do they contain sufficient detail for the tasks to be properly accomplished considering the complexity of the tasks, employee skill levels, and the training they have been provided. Do the work instructions explain assembly sequences and relevant information e.g. Torque Values?
5、If torque measurements are a necessary part of the assembly process, how are they being satisfied? If torque controlled impact wrenches are used how is the applied torque set and monitored? Assure that the torque equipment is in the calibration system.
6、Are the work areas well organised so that work can proceed efficiently?
7、Describe the process for providing components for the assembly process (e.g. kits, floor stock, etc.) including how the provision and use of the correct components is assured.
8、Describe the process the vendor uses to ensure that required fits and clearances are obtained. Include any documentation of clearances and fits the vendor maintains.
9、When problems are found during the assembly process how are they documented and resolved (punch lists, rejection system, etc.)?
10、How does the vendor maintain traceability to the components used in an assembly? Include how the vendor would be able to go from the component level to the completed assembly and from the completed assembly back to the specific component. Does the process allow for subsequent change out and recording of part(s)?
11、Are steps taken to minimise damage or contamination during the assembly phase?
12、If the vendor is providing assemblies where cleanliness or contamination is of concern, describe the vendors facilities, controls, and processes for accomplishment. See Section below on Flushing for additional requirements.
13、If not covered under the Mandatory Elements Inspection section, describe how the vendor assures assemblies are in accordance with requirements.
14、What is the process used to measure particles, including equipment used? Have the operating staff been trained to use this equipment?
15、Has the the equipment used been calibrated? Is the calibration frequency adequate for the equipment usage? If the equipment is calibrated prior to use, are the standards readily available and have they been calibrated?

15) 该设备是否经过校准？其校准频率是否适合该设备的使用？如该设备在使用前校准，是否已有校准标准，且这些标准是否有过校正？
