I met some questions (two points:to fill in the description of goods and consignee)when i do the documents ,can you give some opinions for me to do the documents:
L/C description goods:
fabric for readymade garment industry:
description quality,quantity,unit price and all other details of the goods are as per beneficiary's proforma invoice no.2008-11-15-536 dt 15/11/2008 terms of delivery: cif chittagong sea port /dhaka air port,bangladesh.
By the way,some terms of the bill of loading ,i also confuse,pls do me a big favor,the l/c noted as follow:
full set of clean shipped on boad marine bill of loading made out or endorsed to the order of southeast bank limited.
so how can we fill in the consignee?

1。关于货物描述。
在发票上，一定要和L/C上一样。你可以直接打上：

fabric for readymade garment industry:
description quality,quantity,unit price and all other details of the goods are as per beneficiary's proforma invoice no.2008-11-15-536 dt 15/11/2008
然后，下面如果有详细分类，在把分类名称，数量，金额，等打上就可以。

价格条件，在“cif chittagong sea port ,bangladesh”和“cif dhaka air port,bangladesh”中选一个，根据你是走的海运还是空运，按实际写。

2。关于B/L收货人（CONSIGNEE），就打印“to the order of southeast bank limited”，这样省事，不用背书。
