If you score a 6.5 or better on your IELTS, you can be directly admitted to Mount Allison to begin classes in September.

大致的意思是你在成绩和其他方面被录取了。但是他推荐你要去考雅思，雅思如果在6.5以上就可以直接被录取，然后9月开始正式课程。第二个选择就是他们的“英语课程”，也就是说你雅思考不过或者不考的话就必须要上一些英语的辅助课程，而且必须要上完他们要求的级别。而且上课的费用是你在那里上课的时间长度。有时候你那个级别的课没过，就得继续修。（这类课很麻烦，还不如直接考了雅思，也省了上课的钱）
