confidentiality
the contents of this contract are confidential. Each party and its employees, consultants and other forms of communications required to be provided under, or in connection with, this contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party may disclose this contract to its professional advisors and to prospective transferees or assignees who, in any such case, have agreed to be bound by theses confidentiality provisions.

机密性
该协议（契约）的内容是机密的，每一个团体（组织）及其雇员（成员）、协议者、以及其它所要求的交流材料，都应适用于该协议，或与之相关。虽然前述的每一个团体，都可以向其专职顾问、欲受让人、或代理人，传阅该协议，但是，任何情况下，他们都得是已经同意接受该机密的规定。

这里每一个团体，向另一方提供的任何该协议下的通知，都应是书面的，利用注册邮件、快递、传真至指定地址。
