2.负责大厦项目会议记录工作（包括物业部、租务部、财务部）；
3.大厦的停车场收费工作检查跟进，每周和每月要求物业公司上报车场收费明细并做相关统计工作，供物业部经理作为参考；
4.每周不定期巡视大厦保洁工作，对物业公司的保洁工作进行监督，给物业公司出具检查记录情况，并要求物业公司在规定时限内整改完成，让其遵照合同要求整改，且要求物业公司项目经理签字后反馈给我司整改情况，我司在下周检查时再次进行复查；
5.负责我司所属资产在开办期提供给物业公司使用资产的管理，如我司随时购买要求物业公司随时入库并由我司和物业公司同时做好入库登记，便于双方对帐，如没有新购买资产，每半年进行一次盘库，并要求物业公司对我司购买资产进行管理与维护；
6.负责物业部经理临时交办的其他工作，（如检查物业公司的着装、礼仪；物业部负责的一些招、投标工作）。
