国家主权是一个近代以来兴起的热点研究领域，至今方兴未艾。随着“主权”一词完成了从观念到概念的进化，各种主权观点也相继出现。国家主权的内容也形成了以安全主权、经济主权和文化主权为核心的主权理论。内容上的丰富并没有掩盖国家主权理论的问题，属人优越权和属地优越权的新发展，民族自决和国家主权、国际组织和国家主权，各种新旧课题的出现使国家主权原则在当今国际法的地位遇到了新的挑战。这些并没有改变国家主权原则在当今国际法中的地位。

National sovereignty is a hot research realm rising since modern age, and it has been being in the ascendant so for.As the evolution of sovereignty from idea to concept,all kinds of sovereignty views have emerged one after another.The content of national sovereignty is also formed sovereignty theories with the core of safety sovereignty,economy sovereignty and culture sovereignty. The abundance of content has not covered up the problems which national sovereignty has theoized. The appearance of various old and new topics,such as new development of person and territoriality's superior right ,national self-determination and national sovereignty ,international organization ,makes national sovereignty principle face new challenge in the position of international law nowadays.But the position of national sovereignty principle in international law hasn't changed because of that.
