本文主要是基于条码技术和邮件的一一对应的性质，研究讨论条码技术在邮政快递业务中的应用方法以及手段。本次开发工作以国内邮政快递行业的目前运营情况和存在的问题为前提，思考改善现状的方法和解决问题的手段，将目前较为先进的技术应用于邮政快递业务，并达到完美结合。根据客户的需求设计并实现一套适用于邮政快递业务的管理控制系统来简化人的手工操作，要求以最低的成本、以最友好的界面、最简单的操作、最完整的功能、在最大程度上减少业务员的手工操作并实现原来的手工操作应达到的效果，能够宏观的观察邮件的整个流动过程、去向以及目前所在的位置，每次操作的操作员信息等具体内容，使邮件的传递流动过程对邮件客户的明朗化。课题开发以福建新大陆集团自动识别公司的手持数据采集终端PT-850作为系统的硬件平台，在内嵌于Microsoft Visual C++系统中的二次开发平台U-Tools上进行，采用传统的C++编程语言，具有可视化界面。整个开发过程都以方便业务员操作以及功能的完整性、全面性为指导思想，以提高工作效率为追求的目标，设计完成安全性、稳定性高，错误率、风险率低的系统。目前手持设备上的信息采集管理系统已基本完成，并经过初步审查，获得客户的最初认可，将在一定范围内投入运营试用。本次课题由国内著名的大田快递业务公司提供，具有很大的现实意义和很高的开发价值。通过对快递业务流程的了解，经过多次与大田公司的讨论磋商确定了对本系统的具体要求，包括系统界面以及系统数据格式等细节要求，完成需求分析文档。原则上以公司要求作为最高前提。

This paper is based mainly upon the one-to-one characteristics of the barcode technology and the mail. We discuss the ways to apply the barcode technology in the express mail service. The project is based on the current state and existing problems of the express mail service in our country. We try to find ways to improve the current situation and to solve the problems by integrating today's leading technologies into the express mail service. According to the customer's needs, we designed and developed a system suitable for manageming&controling the express mail service. The requirement is to provide to the best of our ability, the same functionalities of the manual handling while minimizing the cost, providing the most user-friendly interfaces, simplifying the required handling, realizing the most complete functionalities and minimizing the manual handling required for the operators. The system is capable of inspecting macroly the whole flow process of the mails and the details such as a mail's destination and its current position, the operator of each operation etc., so the mail's transfer and flow process is clarified to the mail clients. The project uses the handheld data terminal PT-850, developed by the Fujian New Continent Co. Auto-ID Division, as the hardware platform. The development is based on the secondary development platform "U-Tools", which is embedded in the Microsoft Visual C++. Traditional C++ programming language is used and graphical user interface is provided. The whole development process is guided by the idea of the convenience of the operators and the completeness of the functionality, with improving the efficiency as the ultimate goal, to design and to complete a system that is safe, stable, with low error and risk factors. Currently, the information collection management system on the handheld equipment is roughly finished and already passed the prelimitary inspection. It has obtained the initial approval of the customer and will start test runs in limited operation. The project is provided by the well-known Datian Express Service Company. It has enormous practical importance and development value. We completed the requirement analysis document via understanding the express service process and many discussions with the company to determine the specific requirement of the system, including details such as the system interface and system data formats. Our principle is that,the highest priority is to satisfy the company's requirements.
