Considering the problems that we have had in the past shipping orders to
you, we are not willing to ship anything further unless it travels via a
secure method such as EMS or a courier. Since EMS is prohibited, please
let me know what alternative secure shipping method you would like to
use and I will determine what the costs will be and whether or not we
can comply. I also need an order number so that I can properly find and
ship your order. Unfortunately, I do not understand what you mean by
"ship orders".
