五、违约责任
1、 甲方在规定时间内未支付其非中国籍员工应缴纳的个人所得税和乙方的服务费的，乙方有权中止为甲方提供服务；
2、 甲方因未履行本约定书第三条规定之义务而引起的经济损失，乙方不负担任何责任；
3、 乙方在规定的期限内未能完成本约定的工作，甲方有权中止本约定；
4、由于乙方工作失误，造成甲方的损失，乙方负赔偿责任；
5、甲乙双方的违约责任在本约定书中未列明的，参照国家有关法律、法规处理。

Fifth , 1 liability for breach of contract,, Party A pay non-Chinese-nationality Individual Income Tax and service charge of Party B that staff should pay their within stipulated time, Party B has the right to discontinue providing service for Party A ;
2, Economic losses that Party A is caused by that have not fulfilled the obligation that has originally agreed on article 3 of book to stipulate , Party B does not bear any responsibility ;
3, Party B fails to finish an appointed job within fixed time limit , Party A has the right to discontinue originally agreeing on;
4, Because Party B's work falls, causes losses of Party A , Party B shoulders compensation responsibility;
5, The liabilities for breach of contract of both sides of first second have not been listed in originally agreeing on the book, has dealt with according to national relevant laws and regulations.
