摘 要：随着社会与市场经济的发展，尤其是新的《婚姻登记条例》实施后，领取结婚证更为方便，我国通奸、姘居、网婚（网上的虚拟婚姻）、重婚现象日益增多，这是对我们多年来形成的以一夫一妻制为核心的婚姻家庭制度的一种强烈冲击，这些现象严重的影响到了家庭的稳固，给社会也带来了一些不稳定因素。本文首先阐述了我国现今重婚现象的现状及原因，其次逐步分析了重婚罪的构成及与其他一些行为的认定界限，最后倡导积极构建重婚的社会干预体系：加强婚姻法律制度宣传；严格规范婚姻登记管理工作，通过完善婚姻登记管理体制堵截重婚行为；加快信息化建设，通过资源共享防范重婚行为；强化公安机关主动介入机制，通过刑事制裁震慑重婚行为等等。
