襄樊市是农业大市，农业生产产值在全市经济中占有很重要的地位，面对现在竞争激烈的市场，只有加快农产品物流的发展，抢占有利的资源，扩大农产品在市场的份额，才能增加农民的收入，但是目前农民的小生产和大市场的矛盾越来越突出，进一步发展的重点已经从生产领域转入流通领域。降低流通成本，提高农产品价值，发展农产品物流业，是降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的第三利润源。大力发展农产品物流业，是解决“三农”问题的重要途径。
本文通过分析襄樊市农产品物流发展的现状、面临的问题以及解决的方案，探讨襄樊农产品物流发展的措施及发展设想，促进襄樊农业的发展。

Xiangfan city is a big city of agriculture.The total output value of agriculture plays a very important role in city economy.Facing to the competitive market ,to increase the income of peasants , only by speeding up the development of agricultural products Logistics,seizing the favorable resource,and expanding the market share of agricultural products .But the contradiction is more and more serious between peasants'small production and large market. The focus of the further development has been turned from production field to circulation field.It is the third profit source except for reducing the consumption of goods and materials and improving labor productivity, to reduce the circulation cost , enhance the value of agricultural products and develop logistics industry of agricultural products .To vigorously develop the logistics industry of agricultural products is the main method to solve the "Three Rural Issues".
According to analyse the status of Xiangfan City in the development of agricultural product logistics, as well as the facing problem and solution ,this artical studies the measures and concept of the development of agricultural products logistics in Xiangfan , to promote the development of agriculture .
