EBB NETWORK – STATION MANUAL


This manual is distributed to all EBB Stations and Agencies and is
guarantying the EBB Groups Quality Standard’s, as simple guide for proper handling of EBB VIP client’s or EBB Alliance Member’s ship - ments .

1. Confirm receipt of the client’s alerts and attached docs same day noticing eventual doc problems, allowing sending party to react promptly.
And pre alert cnees at POD accordingly.

2. Input (click) in the EBB ERP the ETA (arrival date).

3. Inform sending party about arrival by e-mail same day .

4. Confirming by e-mail to accounting@ebb-net.com receipt of any
invoice in connection to this shipment.

5. input (click) shipments delivery to cnee (delivery date)

6. Payement of the weekly balance as per report rcvd by
accounting@ebb-net.com rcvd every Thursday to be effected
EVERY FRIDAY to the EBB MEMBERS (sending party) BANK
ACCOUNT on weekly basis.

7. IMMEDIATE notification of SENDING PARTY and
alerts@ebb-net.com and coordination@ebb-net.com
of ANY problem which may arise during handling upto final
execution. Any eventual damage or claim case to be immediately
reported to same addresses as well as to : claims@ebb-net.com

8. All relevant correspondence to be executed under use of the DEDICATED EBB-NET.COM e-mail address of the station.
