我叫张艺，1981年出生于美丽的太湖之滨，鱼米之乡无锡。我从小学习认真刻苦，并于2000年以优异的成绩考入东南大学动力工程专业，并多次获得奖学金。



2004年毕业后我进入无锡惠联电厂生产技术部成为一名助理工程师。2006年3月我应聘于无锡小天鹅电子担任材料担当一职。06年7月，由于小天鹅电子加入EPZ，公司领导指派我担任Sales promotion department 中 物流改善leader一职。在职期间，由于公司加入EPZ, 因此我带领我的团队，并在领导的大力支持下，我们团队开发了新的客户销售确定体系，并沿用至今。后又因为推进VMI项目以及对工程现场作业流程的改善，大大提高了客户满意度和工程作业效率，因此我们团队多次获得公司多项表彰。



因为我大学专业是理工科，我现在的工作需要同客户可其他部门以及上司下属之间进行沟通，工作中，我发现自己缺少这方面的专业知识，因此我报考了你们学校的工程硕士专业，希望通过在贵校的学习，为自己打下一个坚实的理论和实践基础，以提高自己的业务水平和管理能力。



我之所以报考江南大学，是因为江大有很浓厚的文化底蕴，有着优良的文化传统和悠久的历史的校园，江大的工程硕士专业开办较早，现在办学已很成熟，我本人也是无锡人。



我的个人性格：工作认真努力，积极进取，做事有条理，勤奋好学，真诚待人，乐于助人，同事之间关系协调融洽。



缺点：本人做事太细，对员工要求严格。

MY Zhang Yi,1981 born in the beautiful Taihu Lake, Wuxi land of plenty. I seriously studying hard from a young age, and in 2000 admitted to the grade with outstanding power engineering, Southeast University, and has received fellowship.



After graduating in 2004 I entered the Wuxi plant production technology benefits in conjunction the Department to become a assistant engineer. March 2006 candidates in my Wuxi Little Swan Electronic Materials play as level 1. July 2006, because of Little Swan add Electronics EPZ, the company assigned to me as the Medium Logistics Sales promotion department to improve the post of leader. In-service period, because of the company to join EPZ, so I led my team and the leadership of the strong support of our team has developed a new system for customers to identify sales and are still in use. Since then, as well as promote the VMI project works to improve the flow field operations, greatly improving the customer satisfaction and operational efficiency projects, so our team has won a number of recognition of the company.



Since my major is science and engineering university, I now work with the customer can be required in other sectors as well as communication between supervisors subordinate work, I found their lack of professional knowledge in this field, so I registered for the School of Engineering Master of your major, hope that through the study at your school for themselves thus laying a solid foundation in theory and practice to improve their level of operations and management capabilities.



I sat in Jiangnan University, because Jiang are very very strong cultural background, with excellent cultural traditions and a long history of the campus, Jiang great Master of Engineering major start-up earlier, and now school has been very sophisticated, I also Wuxi people.



My personal character: the work of serious efforts, proactive, doing things tidy, studious and sincere others, helpfulness, co-ordination and harmonious relations between colleagues.
