本系统分为8个部分：
系统信息维护、卫生防疫管理、药库管理、门诊药房管理、门诊划价管理、院长查询、系统管理以及帮助。此外，本系统还有一个自带的计算器和屏保系统。
1、 系统信息维护主要是维护医院的基本信息。
2、 卫生防疫管理主要是儿童档案和疫苗信息。
3、 药库管理主要是药品的出入库管理以及药品库存信息。
4、 门诊药房管理主要是门诊系统的管理。
5、 门诊划价管理主要是门诊的收费管理。
6、 院长查询供院长对医院的信息进行明细查询。
7、 系统管理对本管理系统进行管理。
8、 帮助提供关于本系统的帮助和版本信息。
本人开发的主要是“系统管理”、“计算器”和“屏保系统”。
“系统管理”要对整个管理系统进行管理，包括用户管理、数据库备份和升级。
