摘要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展和医疗卫生事业改革的不断深入，对医院的传统管理体制、方式带来了严峻的挑战，尤其是加入WTO后，医疗市场进一步放开，大量外资医疗服务机构的涌入和民营医疗机构的兴起，医疗市场的竞争更加激烈，医院之间的竞争是综合实力与经营理念的较量，医院要在激烈的竞争中稳步发展就必须改变原有的管理模式、经营模式，选择适宜医院发展的新模式，将管理创新提升到医院发展的战略高度。

Abstract: with the soaring development of socialist market economy of China and the continuous improvement of reform of medicine, fierce challenge appeared in the face of the traditional manage systems and methods for hospitals. Especially, after China entered the WTO, the medical market opened more than before, amounts of health care institutions from oversea investment swarmed into China and private medicine institutions were established, and the competition of medicine market has been being much more explosive. The competition among hospitals, in fact, is the match of overall strength and management philosophy. It should change the original systems of management and administration; select the new model for the suitable development of hospital and attach importance to the innovation of management as the strategy of improvement of hospital.
