科的知识，充分考虑人和其它要素之间的关系和相互作用，对系统进行精心规划、
精心设计、科学评价和不断创新，使生产各要素之间相互协调、密切合作，达到
资源配置和使用的最优化，使生产系统处于最佳的运行状态，以满足生产系统降
低成本。提高质量和生产率，追求整体效益最佳为目的的。

本设计主要运用物流分析、物流规划、设备管理、工作研究、人因工程、作业空间设计等方法对CIT SMT生产系统生产系统进行重新设计和优化，目的在于使整个生产流程平稳有序，相互协调。
