摘 要：
当前国际金融危机愈演愈烈，并逐渐向全球实体经济蔓延。全球电子制造业也受到较明显的影响，我国电子制造业下行趋势显著突出。2008年下半年以来，电子信息产品出口增速不断下滑，销售收入增速大幅下降。11月份，全行业销售收入出现了10多年来首次月度负增长，创多年来增速之最低。利用外资额明显减少，产业发展面临的困境多年未有。面对如此复杂的形势和严峻的挑战，如何找对策促增长、保稳定、调结构、谋转型，是我们必须认真解决的重大问题。本文就旨在通过对我国电子制造业现在所处环境的分析和研究，找到其优势和不足，运用swot分析并基于波特教授的“钻石”模型6个因素分析当今金融危机对其所产生的影响并提出相应对策与建议。

Abstract:

The current international financial crisis intensified and gradually spread to the global real economy. The global electronics manufacturing industry has been more pronounced impact on China's electronic manufacturing industry to highlight a significant downward trend. Since the second half of 2008, electronic information products export growth declining sales growth rate has dropped significantly. November, industry-wide sales of more than 10 years appeared in the first month of negative growth, a minimum growth rate over the years. Significantly reduced the amount of utilization of foreign capital, the difficulties faced by industry for many years has not. Faced with such complex situations and tough challenges, how to find countermeasures to promote growth, maintaining stability and transfer structures, restructuring plan, we must seriously address the major issues. This article aims of China's electronic manufacturing environment is the analysis and research, to find its strengths and weaknesses, swot analysis and based on the use of Porter's "diamond" model of six factors in their analysis of today's financial crisis resulting from impact and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
