本文选取工业项目蓬勃发展的津南区工业用地为主要研究对象，从已开发使用的工业用地的集约利用影响因素入手，合理针对津南区工业发展现状，选取相应评价指标，建立天津市津南区工业用地集约利用指标体系，通过对各指标对比分析，估算目前天津市津南区工业用地集约利用水平，指出已开发利用的这部分工业用地再利用过程中存在的问题，为后续工业项目的引入提供理论依据。

On the Evaluation Study of Intensive Utilization of the Industrial Land in Jinnan District of Tianjin Province


This paper takes Jinnan district’s industrial land where industry projects are flourishing as main study object. It begins from influencing factors of intensive utilization for developed industrial land, reasonably counters the developing situation of Jinnan district’s industrial, selects corresponding evaluating indexs, and set up intensive utilization index system of Jinnan District’s industrial land in Tianjin. By means of comparing and analyzing for different indicatives, the author estimates the intensive utilization level of industrial land in Jinnan district of Tianjin province, points out problems that the part of developed industrial land is in the course of reusing, and provides theoretical basis for introducing additional industrial projects.
