Aggregate Demand and Aggregate Supply model is the model that most economists explain with it that the short-term fluctuation of economic activities revolve around its secular trend. The model contains two variables：One is yield, another is general level of marketing prices. Aggregate demand curve indicates that in each of commodity price levels commodities labor quantum that families, enterprises and governments intend to purchase; Aggregate supple curve indicates that in each of commodity price levels commodity labor quantum of production and marketing that enterprises intend to select. To adjust commodity price level and yield can equilibrize total demand and total supply.
