档案网站开展咨询服务的现状调查

档案咨询服务历来是档案馆信息服务工作的重要内容之一，是满足利用者需求的一种有效的智力服务方式。现代信息技术的迅速发展与网络环境的形成，档案馆工作发生了一系列根本性的变革，档案咨询服务也开始从传统模式走向网络平台。档案信息咨询工作是档案信息资源开发利用工作的一个重要组成部分，对于提高档案机构服务水平，充分发挥档案信息的社会效益和经济效益，具有十分重要的意义。
本文选取了国内100家较大规模的综合性档案网站进行了浏览访问，主要采取网络调查的方式，从目前网络咨询服务的三种模式，即非实时咨询服务、实时咨询服务和网络合作化咨询服务，对这些档案网站上所开展的档案咨询服务进行现状调查和分析。在调查的基础上提出了国内开展档案咨询服务所存在的一些问题，在此基础上从档案信息资源的整合、服务方式、合作咨询机制、档案信息咨询人才队伍建设、建立健全规章制度六方面对我国档案咨询下服务存在的问题提出解决意见。
