随着网络和数据库技术的快速发展，企业需要拥有一套可以管理企业与客户之间关系的系统，以实现业务的网络信息管理，提高单位工作效率，满足企业不断发展的需求。如今金融危机的到来，让形势变的更加严峻，企业要想牢固的抓住客户，就必须掌握客户的资料并对其进行统计学分析和研究，并以此来进行销售计划。
根据市场的需求和形势的需要我们开发了本系统，本系统是运用JSP+SQL Server2000+STRUTS框架技术开发的动态WEB应用网站，该系统主要由基础信息维护、客户信息维护、客户服务、信息查询、数据管理、辅助工具、系统管理7部分组成。其中基础信息维护模块是企业客户的各种状态信息；客户信息维护模块包含了客户的详细信息；信息查询模块可对已有客户的信息进行增删改查操作等；数据管理模块可对已有的客户信息进行打印和联系；辅助工具模块可进行各种办公工具的调用等；系统管理模块是超级管理员对本系统操作员和管理员进行添加和删除已经修改权限等。
整体系统设计针对中小型企业，完全可以在现有企业中进行商业推广，但是由于本人技术程度有限，有些功能还不是很完善，比如如果需要进行客户分析则需要进行数据统计学分析，着方面的功能暂时未能强化，但是加以时日，定能让本系统更加完备。

The overall system designs for small and medium-sized enterprises can be carried out in the existing commercial enterprises to promote, but because of my limited skill levels, some function is not very perfect, for instance, if the need for customer analysis is the need for statistical data analysis with regard to function can not strengthen. But to be in time, I will allow a more complete system.
