17.2 Modification. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes all previous agreements between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. There are no covenants, assurances or representations, either express or implied, other than those expressly stated herein. No modification, recision, or waiver of this Agreement, or any provision thereof, shall be binding on either Party unless evidenced by an instrument in writing duly signed by an authorized officer, employer or representative of such Party.

17.3 Waiver. The failure of either Party to insist, in any one or more instances, upon performance of any of the provision of this Agreement or to take advantage of any of its rights hereunder, will not be construed as a waiver of any such provisions or the relinquishment of any such rights, and the same will continue and remain in full force and effect No single or partial exercise by either Party or any right or remedy will preclude other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

2月17日修改。本协议构成的有关信息，除明确规定外，无论是书面还是口头协议即以往的所有协议当事方之间没有立约、保证或者明示的协议都会被取消。本协议具有法律约束力不能修改，取消，或放弃本协议或其任何条文，除非任何一方能证明由获授权人员，雇主或代表该方以书面形式正式签署。
3月17日放弃。失败的一方坚持，在任何一个或多个实例，根据性能的任何条款或本协定，以利用其任何权利的人，将不被视为放弃任何此类规定或放弃任何这种权利，并同时将继续保持完全的法律效力没有任何单一或部分行使任何一方或任何权利或补救办法将排除其他或进一步行使或行使的任何其他权利或补救办法。
