17.6 Additional Remedies. The rights and remedies of either Party hereunder shall not be mutually exclusive, i.e., the exercise of one or more of the provisions hereof shall not preclude the exercise of any other provisions hereof. The respective rights and obligations hereunder shall be enforceable by specific performance, injunction or other equitable remedy, but nothing herein contained is intended to, nor shall it, limit or affect any other rights in equity or any rights at law or by statute or otherwise of any party aggrieved as against the other for breach or threatened breach of any provision hereof. It is the intention of this the parties to make clear the agreement of the parties that the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be enforceable in equity as well as at law or otherwise.

17.7 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts with each such counterpart deemed to be an original hereof and all of such counterparts deemed to be one and the same Agreement.

17.6 补充补救措施。本协议任一方的权利和补救措施不得相互排斥，即：本协议一项或多项条款的执行不得妨碍本协议其它条款的执行。本协议中各方的权利和义务应可通过具体的履行、命令或其他合理补救措施得以执行，但协议中无任何条款意在（且任何条款不应）限制或影响受侵害方因另一方违约或可能违约所应享有的任何其他公平权利、或依照法律法规或其他规定所应享有的任何权利。双方意图在协议中明确：本合同各方权利和义务应可公平执行，并且依照法律或其他规定可得以执行。
