17.8 Exhibits. Schedules A through c attached to this Agreement may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement between the Parties and such amendments shall become effective thirty (30) calendar days after the amendment thereof.

17.9 Full Force and Effect. Notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement, there shall remain in full force and effect all those provisions of this Agreement (including but not limited to, the confidentiality and indemnification provisions hereof) which expressly or by their nature are intended to survive such termination or expiration.

17.10 Third Parties. A person who is not a Party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Agreements (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of its terms which might otherwise be interpreted to confer such rights to such persons. No consent of any third party is required for any variation or termination of this Agreement.

17.8 附加。
本协议中，通过c 来完成的项目，可以在双方协商（互利)的情况下，时时予以修正。而且，修正应在做出协议后的30个有效日内生成。
17.9 全责与全效。
本协议期满或终止，所有这些条款仍有全效（包括但不限定在机密的和补偿的条款中）。这应特别地或本质地规定为，免除期满或终止。
17.10 第三方。
非本协议的其他人，无权履行本协议（第三方权益法第5章3B条附加解释的授权人），任何第三方都无权更改或终止本协议。
