15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the Parties hereto agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
16. ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION TO PREVAIL
If this Agreement is written in two or more languages, the English text thereof shall be deemed to be authoritative. If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of this Agreement and any version or translation of this Agreement in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
