1、We test the cosmetic about bacterial with spread method ,but this method always growth a piece of bacterial . so it really difficult to give the right result. What's the causes of this phenomena? How to avoid this to happen again? And what's the correct method for test cosmetic of your opinion?

2、We make a trial of the mould & spread(add 5ml liquid culture medium) methods ,using same dilution of bacterial reagent (40~50cfu/ml) ,the mould results is good than spread results(spread always growth a small piece). But we think the mould method is not good for aerobic bacterial.

So this is the question that confused us now ,we want to find one method that efficiently to test product ,but also very precise reflect the right value of bacterial in product.

right result 一般说 positive result 正结果,negative result 负结果

liquid mediam =liquid culture mediam，medium就是“培养”基，用不着culture
